A Little More About Us....

Gina’s vision came to life in 2004 with the opening of Gina’s Cantina in Millersville, MD. A funky and unique Tex-Mex dining experience meant to bring together friends and families over eclectic food, house made sangria, and fresh margaritas, it quickly became a go to destination in the area and a local favorite. 

Fresh ingredients, homemade salsa, amazing guacamole, and our famous bean dip in addition to a wide variety of unique tacos, quesadillas, burgers, and other Cantina favorites make this location one of a kind and a delightful dining experience. 

Gina’s Cantina has been a big supporter of the local community with fun events such as our chili cook off and salsa challenges and has brought the love of the community together with a spirit of giving back. 

Gina’s Cantina moved just a hop, skip and a jump from its original location in December of 2019 and has continued to bring the same casual atmosphere with new and exciting menu options with all of the same favorites that our success was born from. 

Gina’s Cafe was the next labor of love, and opened in the historic heart of St. Michaels, MD in 2011. Bringing the same eclectic vibe of its sister location, Gina’s Cafe focused on a pescatarian forward menu which features a love of local seafood paired with the same Tex-Mex twists that give Gina’s it’s signature and original style. 

The Cafe and Cantina also share an ORI-GINA-L and innovative cocktail menu and beer selection that brings fun, food, and drink together in perfect harmony. 

Gina’s Cafe features fabulous fish and shrimp tacos, Shore nachos, and a deep love for the avocado that makes this location its own unique identity and has become a favorite gathering for locals and Eastern Shore visitors. 

We hope to continue to grow within these communities, and strive to provide a friendly and personable experience for all those who come through our doors.
